cwsa.work
This is my personal site, where I keep my experience, projects and the occasional blog post in one place. It’s built on the Dante Astro theme by JustGoodUI, which did most of the heavy lifting; I’ve mostly been adding small things on top of it.
The homepage has a little pretend terminal that I put together to learn and have some fun. It only understands a handful of commands (help lists them). A couple of them open small interactive pieces: car lets you drive a 1975 Porsche 911 around a wireframe globe, thanks to a wonderful free model by Lionsharp Studios, and qr shows a QR code so I can share the site from my phone. There’s also an easter egg or two borrowed from classic Unix.
Each of those pieces only loads when you run it, so the page stays light for anyone who just wants to read.
It’s very much a work in progress, and I’m still learning as I go. If you spot something broken or have a suggestion, I’d be glad to hear it.
